Townhouse Isle was built-in 1974 and has 32 units in the complex

Typically units have a nice courtyard setting with a one car garage. These units have a downstairs half bath, a den, living room, formal dining room and screened in porch. Kitchen feature granite countertops and maple cabinets.

A nice feature of some of these units is the Wood burning fireplace. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs, along with 2 balconies with views of the river!

The Lofts of Wilton Manors were built-in 2006 and there are 22 units in the complex

These townhomes are contemporary three level units in a “loft style” with large open spaces. Units have a European kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and there are polished concrete floors. The open space includes downstairs living with a 24′ ceilings.

A nice feature of these units is that they typically have a fenced yard and a huge patio. Each unit has a 2 car secure attached garage.

Many Gay Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Agents just love the “New York” feel of these units and the fact that you can easily walk to Wilton Drive!

Cobble East

Cobble East was built-in 1986 and offers 2 bedroom townhomes. The complex is located just west of Federal in Coral Heights area.

The complex has a large fenced in rear patio – perfect for private entertaining/parties. There is a paddling pool, outdoor barbecue’s and sundeck perfect for relaxing.

Units seldom come up for sale in this complex and as a result many Ft Lauderdale realtors just don’t know about this hidden gem of just 47 units.

Island City Lofts

Island City Lofts is one of Wilton Manors Premier Condominiums and the complex was built-in 2007.

Island City has 48 units and offers state of the art fitness center and heated swimming pool with endless swim jets.

This complex is all about Location, Location, Location as you can easily walk to markets, shopping and the endless entertainment on Wilton Drive.
